Keshav Narula

Full-Stack Generalist · Based in NYC

Hey I'm Keshav. I spent the last 5 years as a founder, building ambitious products — from neural interfaces that decode brain signals to social commerce platforms. Before this, I was an early product hire at Webflow.

I am multi-disciplinary in nature, managing pixels, prototypes, priorities, and processes.

I stepped away in June 2025 and currently exploring what's next.

Founder

Sep 2020 — June 2025

Neuma · 2023 - 2025
Spent 1.5 years building neuromotor interface to decode brain signal to text to design the fastest, most private way to talk into computers and to LLMs. We built a prototype that could decode commands real-time.

Cosmic · 2020 - 2023
Spent the first 3 years building a social e-commerce product — introducing group buying and building social features to get people to buy with friends. Also did on-ground sales to onboard local bodegas in Manhattan.

Full Stack Executor

Design · Eng · Product · Ops

Design · Beautiful, intuitive, and emotionally resonant interfaces.

Engineering · Full-stack hacker (web, mobile, native, lil ML). Best at prototyping fast.

Product · PM by trade. Thinking about priorities, trade-offs, and positioning.

Ops · Thrive in chaos. Built systems for hiring, finances, sales, team ops.

I operate best when I'm working at the intersection of these disciplines.

Interests

Life outside of work

I'm the 'biohacker' in my circle: obsessed with strength training, cold exposure, sauna, nutrition, supplements for better health & life span.

I write poetry / raps, dabble with interior design, and collect old jazz records for fun.

Deeply influenced by Stoic philosophy.

Neuma

Founder · Decoding the brain

Our ambition for Neuma was to give people a third modality into their computers that lets them control and talk directly into their creative tools, like Cursor, Figma, etc using an on-device LLM model built into an earbud.

I stepped away in June 2025 for personal reasons, but this was one of the most incredible things I have had the chance to build.

I'll be writing about the journey and the biggest thing I learned about building products.

Webflow

Product · Jan 2019 — Sep 2020

First technical product manager hire, joined at seed stage and saw the company grow to Series B.

Started on infrastructure efforts, but always itched to build consumer products. Led efforts to add Breakpoints and Layouts to the Designer Experience and CMS.

Wiggly Wisdom

Short reflections to ground myself

The best thing about being young is that there are very few things in life that can’t be undone.

Most of us are chasing external things so we can feel something inside.

In Zen there’s no difference between religion and life. Zen is about putting ritual in everyday life.
